If you receive a damaged product or a product that is not as mentioned on the website, we will initiate a return/refund based on the case.
If we send across a product in perfect condition in terms of look, dimension and color and you are not happy with it, you can return the product back to us. However, the return shipping charges will have to be borne by you.
Upon receiving the product, we will transfer the full amount minus the shipping costs. Delivery & Logistics is expensive in India and we are determined to be a self-sustainable business. Please understand where we come from.
15 Days Return Policy
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at www.osrayurveda.in , all items within 15 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 15 days from the date of delivery. We will reverse the payment to the source you used to pay for the purchase.

• I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
You can Contact Us (info.osrayurveda@gmail.com or +91 86997 24919) to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
We cannot arrange pick-up due to the logistics limitation of our shipping partners, you must return the item through SpeedPost/any other reputed trackable courier service and share tracking with us. The refund for the return courier charges will be borne by us if an item is found damaged or incorrect as per the description on our website. However, the maximum returnable amount is limited to the published Speed Post charges between the PIN Code of the sender and our address. Any additional charges over this will have to be borne by the customer.
• What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
The money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, The www.osrayurveda.in will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund once the product is delivered back to our address and inspected and verified.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 2 – 5 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 2 – 5 business days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
